Shipping Policy
We want your Toynish toys to reach you quickly and safely. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Minimum Order Value
A minimum order value of AED 100 is required to place an order.
Packaging
Every order is carefully packed to protect your toys during transit. Our packaging is minimal, recyclable, and designed to be gift-ready — no extra wrapping needed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your delivery in real time. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us.
Delivery Attempts
Our shipping partners will attempt delivery to the address you provide at checkout. Please ensure your address and contact number are correct. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address details.
Customs and International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. Toynish has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Delivery Delays
While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to:
- High order volumes during holidays or promotions
- Shipping carrier delays
- Customs processing for international orders
- Weather or unforeseen circumstances
Toynish is not liable for shipping delays outside our control.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at hello@toynish.com with your order number. We will work with our shipping partner to locate your package. If a package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Damaged Items During Shipping
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the damaged item. See our Refund Policy for full details.
