Order processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
Careful packaging: Every order is securely packed to protect your toys during transit. Our packaging is minimal, recyclable, and designed to be gift-ready.
Returns & Refunds
Return window
You have 14 days from the delivery date to return any unused item in its original packaging. Items must be in the same condition you received them.
How to start a return
Email us at hello@toynish.com with your order number and reason for the return. We'll respond within 24 hours with a return shipping label and instructions.
Refund processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 5–7 business days for your bank to reflect the credit.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the damaged item.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been opened and used cannot be returned. Sale items and bundled sets may have different return conditions — check the product page for details.
Shipping costs for returns
Return shipping is free for damaged or defective items. For change-of-mind returns, a flat return shipping fee of AED 15 will be deducted from your refund.
