You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only and to provide accurate, complete information when placing an order. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

Products

We strive to display product colours, dimensions, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, our toys are handcrafted from natural wood — slight variations in colour, grain pattern, and finish are inherent to the material and are not considered defects. These variations make each piece unique.

Pricing

All prices are listed in AED and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit order quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

Minimum Order Value

A minimum order value of AED 100 is required to proceed to checkout.

Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments at the time of purchase. We accept major credit and debit cards.

We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of:

• Pricing or product listing errors
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Product unavailability

If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

Shipping

• Standard shipping: Free on all orders (7–10 business days)
• Express shipping: AED 80 (3–5 business days)
• International shipping: Calculated at checkout (7–14 business days)

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Toynish is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. In summary:

• 14-day return window on unused items in original packaging
• Damaged or defective items replaced or refunded free of charge
• AED 15 flat fee for change-of-mind return shipping

Age Disclaimer

Our products are designed for children, but our website and purchasing services are intended for use by adults — parents, guardians, and gift-givers. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

Intellectual Property
