Refund Policy
At Toynish, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any item. Items must be unused and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
How to Start a Return
Email us at hello@toynish.com with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you'd like to return
- The reason for your return
We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a shipping label if applicable.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days
- The amount is credited to your original payment method
- Please allow an additional 5–7 business days for your bank to reflect the credit
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will either:
- Send a free replacement, or
- Issue a full refund
You do not need to return the damaged item.
Return Shipping Costs
- Damaged or defective items: Free return shipping
- Change-of-mind returns: A flat fee of AED 15 is deducted from your refund
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Items that have been opened and used (for hygiene and safety reasons)
- Items returned after the 14-day window
- Sale items and bundled sets may have specific return conditions noted on the product page
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
